The show ground in sited on the A46 Newark to Lincoln Road.
Heading from Newark along the A46 (dual carriageway)take the third exit off the roundabout signposted Coddington. Drive past the entrance to the Newark Golf Driving range and Indoor Bowls Center, passed the next gate (which is always locked) until you come to a gate (set back from the road) This is the main entrance to the Show Ground. Then look for cars parked up....we are there! It is next to impossible to say where on the show ground we are racing-we often use different halls.
The Meeting
You race 3 races that are 5 min's long and your laps are added up. You then get points which are used for your place in the table at the end of the month. The person from each table with the most points gets a trophy.

All cars are 7.2 volts, running on either changeable 27MHz or 40MHz frequencies.

To prove how popular the club is, Friday 26th March 2004, saw NRCCC have 72 drivers turn up and we didn't finish the last heat until gone 11pm! Usually, the club gets a regular 40 drivers every race night. We have over 120 drivers on the club database, and is sure to increase when summertime comes. We currently have drivers from as far as Gainsborough, Mansfield, Nottingham, Doncaster and as close as Grantham, Lincoln and, of course, Newark.
